Vegetable Medley - Peppers, Asparagus, Zuchinni, Eggplant & Portabello Mushroom

Ingredients

  • Peppers, Asparagus, Zuchinni, Eggplant & Portabello Mushroom
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • David’s Special Steak Rub

Instructions

  1. Slice a combination of coloured peppers or all of the vegetable listed above
  2. In a pyrex dish drizzle extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and David’s Special Steak Rub
  3. Cook in oven @375 degrees, until charred, while still bright in colour
