HOW TO USE:
1 cup of Ultimate Crispy Chicken Coating
Heat oil in a deep pot or skillet
In a bowl, whisk egg. In another bowl put Chicken mix
Dip chicken in the egg, then coat well in the flour mix
Fry chicken until golden brown and crispy for about 7 - 10 mins
